A small but unique mountain shrine for Yamabushi, complete with a very rare round stone structure 1.3 meters high and 2m round used for secret Yamabushi fire rituals. The well contained site includes a small shrine, yard clearing, very rare wooded Torii gates, stone passageway and is connected to the famous ONISUGI. A small group of the largest cedar trees in Japan. Only 200m off route 505 in Toho-mura, this 14th century Yamabushi mountain shrine is easily accessible and can accommodate small, medium and large size productions.

Gigantic old cedar forest
Some of the largest Japanese cedar trees are here at this location. The legend of TENGU and ONI Demons still echo through the mountain passages.
Ascending Stone Pathway
Through the large stone Torii gate is an ascending stone paved pathway that enters this unique mountain Shrine.
